To use a dominoWatch account, the user only needs a common web browser. He receives his access data by e-mail and can then “get started” immediately.
As part of the assignment, you provide us with the name of the future user and his or her email address, together with the expected number of transactions for the period of one year and the sanctions lists to be used for the checks. The set-up then usually takes place within 48 hours.
With each individual query, the system checks against all selected sanctions lists in one go.

In the past year, a total of more than 600 changes had to be taken into account across all sanctions lists made available worldwide. The consolidated list issued by the European Union alone changed more than 80 times during this period.
These ongoing updates are not relevant for you if you only expect a result valid for the time of the check, e.g. in the case of visitor checks at your factory gate or in the case of one-off transactions.

As is well known, shortlisted applicants must already be checked against the EU list before they are invited for an interview. In the dominoWATCH HR account, the screening workflow already starts at this point and continues seamlessly until the candidate is hired as an employee.
Applicants who have been tested but not subsequently hired may not be considered further in the Delta testing routines. This also and especially applies to employees who have left. The dominoWATCH HR account offers an efficient solution for the timely “dropping” of data records.
